Beautiful Louis XVI period Chimney mantelpiece carved in white Carrara marble. The lintel, decorated with volutes of acanthus leaves, ends with a framed rosette above the jambs adorned with a detached rudent fluted column. The chimney insert and the tablet are underlined by a frieze.
