• Relating to the sale

The sale price is indicated on the invoices. Once the sale price has been accepted by the customer, the latter is required to settle the invoice according to the conditions set with Tobogan Antiques within 7 days of the conclusion of the sale.

If the client asks Tobogan Antiques to organize the transport, all of the payment

for the packaging and transport must be taken care of before any shipment of the goods, excluding any taxes and customs duties that may be charged on arrival of the goods at their destination.

The goods remain the property of Tobogan Antiques until payment in full.

In the case of transport provided by Tobogan Antiques (option on request with prior quotation):

The customer must open the package(s) in the presence of the deliveryman and check the condition of the goods before signing the delivery slip and note any reservations in the event of damage.

The customer must notify Tobogan Antiques within a maximum of 48 hours from the date and time of delivery of any accidents, with photos, and keeping the packaging elements.

Otherwise, insurers could exclude all coverage.
